1. Overview

At Pine Creatives, we aim to deliver high-quality digital marketing services that help our clients grow their businesses. We believe in transparency and client satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our work, we maintain a strict refund policy outlined below.

2. No Refunds Once Work Commences

Once a project or campaign has been initiated or work has commenced based on a client’s request and payment, we do not offer any refunds. This includes services such as SEO, paid ads management, social media marketing, website design, or any other digital services.

3. Exceptional Cases

In rare circumstances, partial refunds may be considered solely at our discretion if:

  • The project has not yet started.
  • A technical error on our part prevents delivery.
  • The client formally requests cancellation within 24 hours of payment.

All such cases will be evaluated individually and any approved refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.

4. Subscription-Based Services

For recurring or monthly services (like social media or ad management), cancellation requests must be made at least 7 days before the next billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for services already rendered in the current billing cycle.

5. Third-Party Platform Fees

We do not refund costs incurred from third-party platforms (such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or hosting providers). Clients are responsible for their own account balances and ad spend on such platforms.

6. Chargebacks and Disputes

Filing a chargeback without first contacting us is considered a breach of agreement. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, we urge you to reach out to us directly to resolve the matter.
