4. Payment Terms

All fees for services are to be paid as per the terms outlined in your specific proposal or invoice. Payments must be made on time. Failure to do so may result in a suspension of services. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials, content, designs, and strategies created by Pine Creatives remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred. Upon full payment, clients are granted a license to use these materials for their intended purpose.

6. Confidentiality

We respect your confidential information and agree not to disclose or use any client information for any purpose other than delivering services. Similarly, clients agree not to disclose any proprietary methods, pricing, or strategy shared by Pine Creatives.

7. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, or for any delay in performance. Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the services in question.

8. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital services, refunds will not be issued once a project or campaign has commenced. Any exceptional refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and must be requested in writing.

9. Third-Party Tools & Platforms

Pine Creatives may use third-party tools, platforms, or services to fulfill certain campaigns. We are not liable for errors or downtime from these third parties but will make every effort to resolve issues quickly on your behalf.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. In case of termination, all outstanding dues must be cleared, and no further obligations shall apply unless otherwise agreed in writing.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Maharashtra.
